Win the race for parent-teacher conference slots

Elizabeth Knopf's agent (Dots) watched for the school's sign-up email, with her family calendars and time preferences already connected. When the email came, it booked her priority parent-teacher slots on SignUpGenius and saved the calendar invites while she was on a call, before the convenient times were gone.

Try it yourself

Prompt idea: “Watch my inbox for the [school/event] sign-up email. When it arrives, book the first open slots that fit my calendar and these rules: [times to avoid, e.g. after-school pickups]. Then add them to my calendar and tell me what you booked.”
