A macOS beta bricked Patrick Gibbs's Mac mini. The Hermes agent on a VPS had been quietly keeping a backup of the business files, so after the reinstall one message from a phone was enough for it to restore everything. Patrick also describes messaging an agent to repair a broken remote desktop connection and resetting a client's locked time-tracking password from the phone while on the road.
